I'm still thankful
After the injury riddled disaster that was last season, followed by the revelation of moving up in the lottery and getting VJ, the Rollercoaster that was the regular season with good stretches, bad stretches, injuries and a somewhat underwhelming and uncertain finish to the regular season with Embiid's appendectomy, I said to myself that getting out of the Play In would be considered a win. To my surprise we handled the Magic in the play in game, after which I thought, "now our season will end in Boston. How fitting," especially after we went down 3-1 when Embiid came back. Then we forced game 6, and then 7 and I thought, "well it's cool we at least gave them a series." Then Tatum is ruled out and I realized we actually had a chance. That Epic Game 7 and just winning a playoff series, after what happened last season, was more than I could ask for given the uncertainty of where we were a year ago. Maybe it's just me, but I enjoyed this season and overreacting to every game with all of you. Go Sixers, FTK, and I'll see you all in October.
