Corporate rate not working in the app and desktop

I'm trying to book using my corporate rate in the Hyatt app. It was working like a week or two ago when I was checking. I've searched San Francisco, Chicago, and NYC. It'll give a few hotel options and the rest will say "We're sorry. This property is currently unavailable for the dates you've selected." I was like okay cool maybe it really is the dates, but then I started searching random dates in different months and it was the same result. If I reach out on social media or use Hyatt's chat then they can book the corporate rate for me. It's just annoying to do it that way because I like to compare my options. They always ask for a specific hotel instead of just doing a general search and giving me the pricing for all of them.

Is this happening to anyone else?
