is there any way to increase probability of rolling Wishlist characters?

i maxed out badges, i got all the relevant tower ones like +2 wishlist slots, Increased spawn chance for your $starwish, +1 roll per hour, and i also did that thing where i have 12 rolls instead of 17 to increase my probability to spawn a Wishlist character

Is there anything else i can do?
