How is it Going to Magicon Amsterdam Alone?

I've just bought tickets for Magicon Amsterdam and planning my solo trip. How's your experience going to Commandfests or Magicons alone?

1. Do you just play with random pods?
2. How do you split your time between paid events, commander games on the side and con stuff (artists, watching stuff on the stage, merch queue)?
3. Is there any important first thing to do (in order to avoid some queue)?
