E-scooter with long range, 25km/h and not expensive.

I want an e-scooter. i don’t want to spend too much maybe like 350-400 or more if i must, and 25km/h or 20 is all i need. i want one so that i can ride all day with my friends. i’m about 5’3 n pretty light. i want a pretty long range. what e-scooter should i get??
