Appraisal 10% off

We accepted an offer to sell for $335k but the bank ordered appraisal just came in at $300k. We had 5 qualifying offers over $315k and the appraiser was aware of that. How should we move forward? Located in KS

Apparently we cannot appeal because it is a conventional loan.
