BP changes

does anyone feel weird and dizzy when their blood pressure goes up alongside when it goes down? i always feel more dizzy but my bp will be going up. im usually like 80/50 but then midodrine puts it at like 97/70. Is this also a fainting risk or is it more just uncomfy?
