The Skylands skyscraper always bothered me a little.
It had 5 floors… but somehow none of them actually felt like a real skyscraper office building. So I decided to completely redesign it.

First, I carved down all the terrain around the tower to create space for an extra ground floor. I made this new base slightly wider, giving the whole structure a more iconic “Empire State Building” silhouette. In the process I also changed a bit the Facade.

Then I rebuilt the entrance hall — heavily inspired by the original design, but expanded and modernized. I added: toilets, access control pannel, and an energy generation room powering the whole building.

The first floor is now a full corporate office level, complete with meeting rooms, executive offices, and working spaces. Since the base floor is larger, the offices also got a small terrace where employees can relax while overlooking the Skylands.

And finally, I connected the skyscraper directly to the rest of the floating city with a magical glowing staircase stretching across the islands.

This project turned the tower into something that actually feels more real to what you would expect in a skycraper.
