Shimano Sedona vs. Ultegra

I'm specifically wondering how advantageous the Ultegra's anti line twist features are? Does it make a big difference when using florocarbon line? I've got a Sedona and love it, but line twists can be an issue and I'm wondering how different the Ultegra would be in that respect.
