Mono Green Bracket Question

Does [Planar Engineeering] auto make my [Tifa Lockhart] auto make my deck a b4 cause it has the potential to kill someone on turn 4 unless they have a good board?

It doesnt take much setup and I wouldn't play it in bracket 2, but I can't lie it is a strong combo so not sure
