Gluten free options near Broadway?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some restaurant suggestions before seeing some Broadway shows:

• Must be within 15-20 minute cab ride the Lincoln Center or Studio 54.
• Must be celiac-safe. This means a restaurant that is completely gluten free or has a good amount of gluten free options and is knowledgable about cross contamination.
• Must be a sit-down restaurant, not a fast-casual one.
