Why is it every man seeking to exploit vulnerable women and try to steer them the way they want to? What happened to being honest with your partners and uplifting each other?

Like, excuse me, why do you want your partner who you will be spending near 50+ years with to be dumb, malleable or controlled? Wouldn't you want someone to walk the same path as you, instead of you walking your partner on the path like a dog? It is stupid to even think about entertaining the idea that there are women who accept such disrespectful actions spanned across years. Why can't you just accept a woman as strong and strong willed as she is?
