What would a human and monster fusion look like?

If a human and monster soul willingly fused, how would it work? Would it be like the monster having the power of determination but not melting like Undyne, the amalgamates, or Zenith Martlet? Would their physical forms merge into something that's half human and half monster, or would it be more human due to humans being way more powerful than monsters?
