Question about the 1200$ express 10k$ bracelet event

So apparently i won a ticket for stage 1 and noticed that the final price is a 10k$ bracelet pass for live tournaments,so I was wondering what will happen if someone won't/can't play the live tournament? Will they be given a chance to convert their 10k live pass to ggpoker C,tourne tickets?
