I cannot unlock box expansion improved

I did all the key village quests, unlocked the box expansion starter, but the improved one still remains "???". I finished Valstrax and currently doing Guild HR 5 to arrive G rank, and I haven't paid attention till now, so I searched differents posts about that and nobody got this problem. If anyone has a clue about this i will be so grateful.
