C'est normal d'avoir mal au nombril quand on y met le doigt ?

Dans mon entourage on est plusieurs à avoir remarquer ça. Quand je met mon doigt dans mon nombril et que j'appuie ça me fait mal comme si on touchait mes entrailles. Comment ça se fait ?
