Is alchemist spellbook the best item for a flamekeeper?

This is insane. With 80 alchemy it increases every single damage by 250 which includes all the burns and small fireballs from skills. Im one spell killing skulls left and right. Killed golem mother at like level 17. Will anything else surpass this early game item?
