Bidoof deck

Anyone have any suggestions on how to build a bidoof deck? I have a kiddo that I work with who’s just learned how to play and their favorite Pokémon is bidoof. I don’t really know Pokémon all that well and don’t know the first thing about deck building. Any help would be appreciated!
