Does anyone else’s baby cry really loud?

My boy is going on 16 weeks soon and when he cries… he CRIES. Other newborns I’ve heard cry seem to have this background noise type of cry , they cry but it isn’t ear piercing. When my baby cries …. It’s like he’s on max volume and screeching and turning bright red. I’ve gotten used to it but my mother in law and sister in laws always try calming him down out of my arms and it makes it worse. He’s also crying when he doesn’t like something. He’s fed, he’s got a clean diaper , he’s been entertained, he’s rested because we get his naps in.
