I can actually FEEL the S&F triggers now

I listened to a playlist earlier today and while listening I was aware of what the files were saying but now... afterwards? I have no idea what was said. I've heard the files before so like logically I know what was said but if I try to concentrate on the file and what I listened to I feel that S&F trigger and it just kind of goes blank.
