migraine w aura'ing alone - practical tips?

hi! i'm still very new to migraines with aura (31, nb afab) and i'm still learning a lot. i have a neuro appointment in a month (which i booked in november lol), but i just got my third aural migraine the other day after months of hormonal fluctuations/acute stress. they run in my family so i know a little bit about how to handle them, but i'm not really sure how to deal when i'm on my own and out and about. any tips on how to handle them when they come on, esp in a big city? what's been helpful for you to have on hand? i'm not on any meds of any kind for them at the moment. also still learning my warning signs and triggers.

i already have a small bottle of soda that i keep in my bag bc i know the caffeine is supposed to be helpful. also big sunglasses. i'm most concerned about vision loss and navigating to safety when my vision gets wonky. just a note too that i don't drive so that's not a concern either.

thank you <3
