Scan results the day before Trigger

I am age 39. Tonight is my trigger. however, we couldn’t do the final scan this morning because it is Sunday and the clinic remains closed for scan. As of yesterday, I had five 13mm follicles and seven 16-17mm follicles. However, the estradiol was only 1137. Has anyone has this problem before? My estradiol in the past on trigger day has been around 2000 to yield 5-8 mature eggs. I am happy to see more follicles growing this time but estradiol level is low which is worrying me. i really hope they grew more today but still can’t be close to 2000.
