Experiencing a lot of fat toe shots, what are the likely causes of this?

Played two rounds this weekend experiencing this, I know this is tough to diagnose without a swing video but I didn’t take any videos of my swing during. Just wondering what the most likely culprit is causing fat/toe shots? Even when I hit a good shot the ball mark on the club is on the toe. If anyone knows what could be causing this would be much appreciated!
