How to get rid of PE (premature ejaculation) ?

After years and years of watching porn, and trying to masturbate as fast as i can so i don't get caught in the act, unfortunately it had unironically caught up to me. I am now suffering from PE( premature ejaculation) as an 20 year old, i have tried countless things, watch hunderts of youtube expert videos, tried hundert of kegels exercises, and it only helped ever so slightly. It just kills my soul. And because of it, most of my sexual experiences were ruined.

I really need so advice from anyone else who's also suffering or knows something. Im a healthy 20 year old too, im not willing to let my sex life go just like that. I also on my porn quitting journey, almost clean for 2 months.
