Are PXN DD wheelbases any good or is it a scam?

Recently i've been seeing PXN DD setup bundles very often in my recommended products on sale. My next upgrades in line after i get a PS5 are Monitors, USB hubs maybe a Button box and an iflag because why not, right? But the next serious upgrade to the actual driving are pedals and then a DD wheel, and since there's some options like Moza, Fanatec (tho more expensive) and PXN in the mix for me, the price of the PXN stuff was too cheap to ignore. Is it really that good for such a low price or they're cheap, and offer good FFB strenght at the cost of build quality? I don't want stuff breaking up easy, so reliability is a big concern to me...
