Need help on my terror swarm/demon form warlock build

I need some help with my build. This is the first time I tried to build one without basically just copying someone else’s. It mostly came together organically but now I’ve hit a wall.

Basicallly, demon form keeps my terror storm running, blazing scream makes demon form last longer. The sigil gives me volatility which buffs me, and then demon cage fortifies me for survivability and extra damage through the uniques. Abaddon lets me run through monsters, also rampage helps build fortified and adds more mobility.

Soooo…. It’s kind of a mess. I have hit a wall in terms of both survival and damage at around T9 I can complete pit ~75 but I cannot farm it. I can melt most monsters but some definitely give me issues. It’s unclear what’s killing me, I seem to be getting few shot, it could also be poor resistance/visibility to environmental stuff and ground effects. Demon form definitely doesn’t have 100% uptime.

I need some help. I feel like I don’t have great build coherence and no intuition on where to go from here. Like am I missing some key synergy, or what’s worth salvaging from my current setup versus what needs to change to push past Pit 75. I’m not much of a theory crafter and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
