Watching 19s anime

Now Animekai is down too I was wondering if there is any streaming sites which provide old anime mainly 19s-early20s anime in dub (If there is). TBH I don't really care about picture quality but only care for getting the anime. If any of you got names of any sites like those please tell me. It's been so hard for us since these last few days but we should help each other. Thnx btw
