DISREGARDING practicality, is there any reason a scuba tank cant be used for a HPA feed? assuming correct pressure?

I know some people use HPA tanks for refilling smaller HPA bottles, but is there any reason its not possible to run a HPA line from a scuba tank?

or is it just not done because it would be far too heavy/ impractical?
