Getting Bench Grinder from deepest woods in Maso mode

Hi, I have the vinushka skin bible in my Marcoh maso mode run, so I'm trying to get to the deepest woods from the train to get access to the bench grinder (for the meat grinder). However, every time I make the run left for the deepest woods, I moonscorch about as soon as I reach deepest woods. Is it even possible from this route?
