RFE Response Preparation timeline with Chen

Hello all,
Can anyone who went through RFE preparation with Chen share a timeline about how long they take to prepare a 1st correction, after you turn them your Personal Statement? Also, the RL/TL deadline is past by 10 days and I'm nearing to RFE response drafting deadline. However, they haven't even turned in the letter template to send to my recommenders. What are the next steps that they do after you turn them the personal statement? I'm writing here as they're taking more than a week to reply a single question. I'm worried if I won't be able to make it by the due date. I have a month remaining.
