Savana refund not received

Ordered item thru fast delivery on 30th, return pickup on 4th, they said money refund has been processed and would be reflected in gpay by 7th but it's 11th now and I'm stressed. What should I do? They don't have any customer care service except for a shitty chat thing in the app itself. please help
