Did Tabitha end up in Camden ME because of Victor's lunchbox?

I have wondered why Tabitha ended up in a town unfamiliar to her. What if the lighthouse is similar to the ruins? The lunchbox belonged to Victor and had his town in it. Tabitha had no identification on her so maybe it took her to Maine because the lunchbox had a location???
