There's currently news that they're removing the yearly merit increase this year. Wild! They have the budget for pointless things like Smeg appliances in the office, but not for merit increases. In my 6 years at this company, I've always gotten around a 1k+ increase yearly, except last year when it was only 400. What happened?

Aside from that, the prizes at last year's year-end party were pretty underwhelming compared to previous years; they even used to give away motorcycles before. And somehow, it was mostly HR who won back then, while last year, more agents actually won.
