Payday 2: Counterfeit heist ran out of ink

I'm playing counterfeit on mayhem, and I've ran out of ink in the printer. I collected the ink from the crate in one of the sheds and the one in the printer room on the floor. I can't find any more crates to open. There's no more ink in the crate because it despawned when I picked it up which I assumed was supposed to happen but the same doesn't happen with paper, I can constantly go back for that. Am I supposed to find more ink somewhere else or is it bugged and wasn't supposed to disappear out of the crate when I picked it up?
