Good gen 8 and 9 pokemons that are worth shinyhunting for champions?

I didn't played competitive during gen 8 and 9 so i wanted to ask you guys which pokemons would you say are worth shinyhunting for me to get on the switch.

Obviously sinistcha is one option for example.

You can include Pokemons that are not even on the game yet tho.
