Titan Trove Priority

What do tou recommend getting from titan trove priority in general? Initial thought was titan skin stones if you're in equal need but the artifact chests (especially water since I'm still at 5* for both Sig and Hyp) are tempting since I'm trying to build up to infinite dungeon.
