Help crafting slimelytra on bedrock?

I’m trying to help my brother craft the slimelytra. My Minecraft knowledge is not very good but I managed to build the smeltery was able to put ender slime into the smeltery but cannot for the life of me find out how to pour onto the elytra or even place the elytra. Any help would be appreciated
