SOS accidentally submitted take home with my name on it

My school does blind grading and I am just so used to submitting documents with my name at the top and in the naming convention that I totally did not realize. I checked the instructions after since I didn’t get a confirmation email and realized I had to take my name off but did not. I emailed student services right away with a non named and no name document and asked if they could replace it but kind of freaking out. Has this happened to anyone before?? Success stories?? Really hoping I don’t get a zero because of some dumb mistake.
