I got banned again. Is what I said that bad?

I read about a person getting poked and teased of their chest. I gave personal advice since their teachers were ignoring complaints. How bad is it to say two separate sentences “my brother is not afraid to kill things” (a hunter) “your parents put your address in the phone book” I carefully crafted those as a teen to stop boys or bullies without actually making any threat or violence. I thought it was good advice.
