Help with an abandoned flock

Question

TLDR: neighbors moved and left 11 hens and 4 roosters. We have no idea what we are doing but bleeding hearts trying to help.

Roughly four weeks ago our neighbors moved leaving 15 chickens. They have never been greatly cared for but it is worse now. She shows up once a week to check up on them. They come to our yard begging for food. My family cannot stand animals being neglected. We have bought food and started feeding and watering them.

Today I cleaned their coop. I didn't know how old the eggs were so we threw them all away. 197 eggs. It smelled like rotten eggs the entire time.

I don't know my true question, but more looking for any guidance on how to take care of them, how to find someone to give them to, or any help/tips at all. We feel horrible for these birds. Their coop has feces 6"-8" deep in the corners. They don't get fed or watered unless we do. Previous owner says free range don't need fed, but everything I read says otherwise.

We want the animals healthy and cared for. Don't mind putting in work but have never had chickens. Help, please. Pictures of the situation/flock available.
