Hotel recommendations in Colombo?

If money is no object, what is the most luxurious hotel in Colombo? Looking for state of the art rooms with great views, a really nice pool(s), spa, etc. great restaurant and close proximity to malls and the beach would be a plus.

Visiting for the first time this summer.
