What options are there for financing bottom surgery/ffs?

As someone that currently is unable to work and doesn't have much in the way of money, and frankly is extremely desperate and cannot wait the unbearable amount of years the nhs takes what options do I have to finance them as soon as possible? I've considered medical loans or similar but given I can't work right now I'm unsure if I'd even be legible even if I can work to repay them afterwards.
