Ribbon Help!

Hi everyone! For those of you with a Felicity doll I have a question. I went to the AG store today and got my Lissie (YAY!) but sadly she did not come with a hair ribbon. I thought she was supposed to come with one but that could very possibly be my misinterpretation, and even if it's not how can I be mad when she is so gorgeous? Anyway, I want to make a ribbon for her. (The store is 2 hours away and I didn't realize until I got home.) My question is, having never seen it irl, what width should I go with? How long? I'm assuming ivory and satin, correct? Is it like Samantha's hair ribbons? Because I have a ton of those for reference. Thanks for reading and helping me out!
