Returning player question about clans

Is it possible to have a clan with only 5 players and participate in mostly anything nowadays? Clan games with the 10k cap should be theoretically doable right? As for cwl, I have seen a yt video now that talked about a new 5v5 mode. Is that still a thing and am I right thinking you can now play cwl with only 5 players in a clan? Clan wars should also work. Am I misunderstanding something or did the game evolve like this? If anyone has better information, I would appreciate any answers. Thank you🙏🏻👍🏽
