Is RR Espeon hard to find at the moment?

I have gotten RR Umbreon, RR Sylveon, RR Leafeon, RR Vaporeon, RR Jolteon, & RR Flareon… having some trouble pulling or finding the last one I need which is RR Espeon. I have tried the apps too but no luck.
