How good is my financial situation at the moment?

Budgeting

Hi all, 28-year-old. Recently-ish returned to the US after several years studying a master's degree abroad and trying to reorient my finances to an American context. Could you all advise?

28F, 50k a year salary with an expected 10kish promotion/raise in the fall. Living with my parents rent-free at the moment and am able to stay with them until I'm ready financially to move out. Very minimal household expenses and car insurance payment, around $400 a month. My major expense is trips abroad 3-4 times a year to see grandparents and my long-distance partner.

10k in student debt that is currently in administrative forebearance, 4k in savings. 3k in credit card debt that will be fully paid off when I get my paycheck on the 15th. I have a Roth IRA that I opened when I was much younger and haven't touched since. It maybe has 1k? Will follow up.

Could you all give me a sense of how to think about my finances? My plan is to rebuild my savings and pay down my student debt to be able to focus on moving my partner to the US in the next 2-3 years through the fiancee visa. He's got about 8k saved but month to month can save a lot less than I. I've been away for 4 years, so any advice on how stressed I should or should not be would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
