YMCA childcare and nudity in locker rooms

Not looking for opinions, looking for facts.

my child just shared that while they were at their ymca program and changing in a public locker room for swimming, there was an older, same sex person sitting there naked. it doesn’t sound like there was any interaction. it doesn’t sound like it happened at the ymca itself.

I’m feeling uncomfortable with this, especially since it was under the watch of the ymca staff. but I could be letting my fears get to me.
