Premoral implant

I had my premolar on my left sides removed (it was dead and infected) I now have a gap and want to know if I can get a a sharp premolar/fang like implant on it without it affecting my mouth, my teeth have a noticeable sharpness but I want one that fits my vibe. I used to have fangs growing up but they where filed down when I was younger to fit my mother’s aesthetic of straight teeth.

I feel dumb that at almost 30 I want my fang look. Back now that I have some “me money” saved up for things to help me with my insecurities
