Work needed after end of lease

Hello,

I have just ended a commercial lease. The leasor is not happy with my cleaning job and thinks I’ve caused damage. They have said that I have no opportunity to amend this myself and they are getting quotes and will do the work and send me the bill. Below is the relevant section from the lease. Does this wording mean that they must give me the opportunity to amend their points myself before getting their own work done?

If the lessee fails to do any work that the lessee must do the lessor can give the lessee a notice in writing stating what the lessee has failed to do. After the notice is given the lessee must-
7.5.1
do the work immediately if there is an emergency; and
7.5.2
do the work promptly and diligently in any other case.
If the lessee does not do the work, the lessor can do it and the lessee must reimburse the lessor for the cost of the work.
