PSA: Old Save Files After Major Updates May Have Structural Integrity Issues

I am in a gaming desert and decided I wanted to go back to some old Valheim save files where I have some base builds I'm proud of and just wanted to play around a bit and add to them.

Welp after loading in they started falling apart like dominoes, just one piece after another falling apart until my bases were all in shambles. This was pretty gutting to experience so I just quit.

Anyone else have this happen recently?

Anyway, it is what it is, but I'm far from wanting to play this game until the devs are done with major updates. I don't want to go through hundreds of hours in a save file just to have that save file fall apart when 1.0 comes out.
